We offer a 30-day change of mind policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Yes, all Zamel's jewellery comes with a 12-month manufacturing warranty. This covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover accidental damage or general wear and tear.
